Thank you for making your health a priority. Just a few friendly reminders for new and current patients:

Cancellation Policy:

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a gap in your clinician’s day that could have been filled by another patient in need from our active waitlist. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, may be charged a $40 cancellation fee to their card on file. We specialize in Physiotherapy - Orthopaedic, Neurological, Paediatric and Pelvic Floor. Our clinic treats a diverse population: from expecting mothers to triathletes, and from babies to aging seniors. All of our practitioners have specialized training and are life-long learners who are continually adding to their skill set. Sometimes our body needs small modifications in order to come back into alignment and balance. At times, it is as simple as stopping or adjusting certain activities for a period of time to allow healing to take place. Other conditions might require a more hands-on guided approach to rehabilitation. We use the most evidence-based methods to help you reach your health goals. Among many therapeutic techniques, we may use manual joint mobilization and manipulation, soft tissue release, nerve mobilization, passive and active stretching, exercise therapy and other modalities.

I have been a Physiotherapist since 2010. Upon graduating with a doctorate degree in physiotherapy, I worked in some of the top Orthopaedic facilities in the US and Canada and gained extensive clinical experience treating a diverse patient population.

At The Orhopaedic Centre in Huntsville, Alabama I had the privilege of working collaboratively with elite Orthopaedic surgeons implementing and designing pre and post operation rehabilitation plans with an emphasis on spinal patient care.

As Lead Physiotherapist at the Boerne Physiotherapy Institute in Texas I managed the physiotherapy department in the delivery of care which included clinical education and evaluation of physiotherapy clinical internship students.

After working for numerous private practice clinics in Ontario, I’ve founded Park Lawn Physiotherapy in order to bring like minded physiotherapist together with the goal of providing comprehensive physiotherapy care.

Our brand of physiotherapy is provided in a one-on-one setting, ensuring full privacy, with the emphasis on natural healing and movement.

After graduating with a Bachelors in Physiotherapy from India in 2010, I moved to USA where I practised as a Licensed Physical Therapist for 8 years in private clinics in New York, Texas and New Jersey. During this course of time I’ve had the opportunity to treat varied conditions ranging from Orthopedics like lumbar and cervical conditions, joint replacements and arthroscopy, shoulder, hip, knee, ankle, elbow and hand disorders and surgeries, sprains/strains and extremity amputations to Neurological like Parkinson’s disease, Stroke, Multiple Sclerosis and Vestibular disorders. I’ve also had extensive experience treating a wide range of age population which included schoolers, young athletes, as well as elderly individuals.

After graduating with a Masters in Exercise Science and Rehabilitation I also did a Post-professional clinical Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) in 2017. My passion for Orthopedics led me to take the Orthopedics Specialist Certification (OCS) exam in 2018 in the States which added an evidence-based approach to my evaluation and treatment in addition to the advanced hands-on skills I gained with practice.

As a health care provider I believe in approaching my patients with a holistic view and believe that their values and understanding is very essential for an overall fruitful outcome.I have a very friendly nature and always give patients’ needs my first priority with full compassion. I like to use a lot of hands-on techniques with my patients which include Soft tissue manipulation, Joint mobilizations and/or manipulations, Myofascial Release as well as Kinesio Taping to correct different biomechanical disorders in combination with careful tailor-made exercises. In the future I would like to advance my skills with Dry Needling and TMJ specialization as I believe those will be a definite asset to further help my clients and thereby, the community.

Having just recently moved to Canada from the States with my husband and 2.5 year old toddler, my spare time is usually spent with my family exploring this beautiful country and neighbourhood. Apart from that I also enjoy singing, swimming and cooking new and interesting recipes.

Clinical Specialization: - Clinical Specialist in Orthopedic Physical Therapy - Mckenzie method for Lumbar disorder management - Joint Replacements and Arthroscopy pre and post-operative management - Kinesiotaping for function enhancement and correction of biomechanics - Evidence based approach and management for fast and efficient recovery - Mulligan approach for Joint Mobilizations and Manipulations of spine and peripheral joints - Experience with extensive range of age population - young adults to geriatric population - Member in good standing of Ontario College of Physiotherapists, Ontario

I graduated in 2019 from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland’s physiotherapy program. Through my clinical training and practice I have come to realize the importance of patient-centered rehabilitation in order to return patients to their activities as soon as possible. My treatment method incorporates manual therapy, individualized exercise prescription, neuromuscular control retraining, pain management, and patient education, in order to deliver the best possible care outcomes for patients. I also enjoy making the Physiotherapy experience fun and I have an easy-going personality that helps me get along well with my patients.

As a clinician I look to find the underlying source of injury, pain, or movement dysfunction and then work with clients to achieve their goals. This in turn, will help improve the patients’ lifestyle towards the main goal of improved quality of life.

I love to travel and have tried to expose myself to many different cultures and people throughout the world. This I believe has allowed me to gain a great understanding and appreciation of other cultures and peoples. I carry these values with me into practice by providing treatment that is inclusive and respectful towards all people and making sure that all patients feel empowered and safe while under my care.
