We specialize in Physiotherapy - Orthopaedic, Neurological, Paediatric and Pelvic Floor. Our clinic treats a diverse population: from expecting mothers to triathletes, and from babies to aging seniors. All of our practitioners have specialized training and are life-long learners who are continually adding to their skill set. Sometimes our body needs small modifications in order to come back into alignment and balance. At times it’s as simple as stopping or adjusting certain activities for a period of time to allow healing to take place. Other conditions might require a more hands-on guided approach to rehabilitation. We use the most evidence-based methods to help you reach your health goals. Among many therapeutic techniques, we may use manual joint mobilization and manipulation, soft tissue release, nerve mobilization, passive and active stretching, exercise therapy and other modalities.

Athletic therapy helps those with an active lifestyle, whether that’s the competitive level athlete, weekend warrior, or a parent playing with their child in the park. We seek to get you back to doing what you love.

Athletic therapy focuses on three concepts: Assessment, Rehabilitation, and Performance. We seek to determine the root cause and educate you on your specific injury, as well as establish the contributing risk factors. We aim to progress you to pain-free movement. Finally, we prepare your body to meet the demands of your daily routine in order to be performance ready.

Our patient-centred, one-on-one approach ensures that your needs are met and cared for. We understand that life is an adventure and being held back from an injury can be frustrating. We want to work with you to help break down those barriers and get back to an active lifestyle.

What we offer:
• Sport/activity specific training
• Manual therapy: soft tissue release and joint mobilizations
• Rehabilitation through exercise
• Concussion testing and management
• Athletic taping for various injuries (e.g. ankle sprains, knee pain, shoulder pain, finger and wrist injuries)
